This notice is posted to alert any past, current or future recipients of wrongful solicitations involving Mody Pumps, Inc.'s purported sale and/or manufacture of counterfeit flush valves made in the Flygt design. Mody Pumps, Inc. Seeks all such recipients to provide its offices with all available details of any such solicitation to aid its current investigation.
